I’m Eric Diaz, and I’ve proudly called South Florida home for over 50 years.

My professional journey combines technology, entrepreneurship, leadership, and financial strategy — all of which now serve my clients in the mortgage industry.

I graduated from the University of Miami with a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems and spent over 14 years in IT. That background sharpened my analytical thinking, systems-based approach, and data-driven decision-making skills.

From there, I became an entrepreneur owning and operating 25 Sprint / T-Mobile retail locations across Florida. Managing multi-location operations requires financial discipline, operational efficiency, risk management, and strategic growth planning.

Today, I bring that same structure, business acumen, and numbers-driven guidance into every mortgage I structure.
